Delete your Zoora account

Deletion is immediate and permanent. Three ways to ask for it:

1. In the app: Menu, Settings, at the very bottom “Delete my account”.
2. Here: sign in, then confirm by typing your username. “Sign in with Apple” only exists in the iPhone app: an account created that way is deleted from the app or by e-mail.
3. By e-mail: write to contact@zoora.app from your account’s address (for an Apple account that hides your address, from the mailbox that receives the relay address). The account is deleted within one month, and an e-mail confirms it.

• Your cards, your Shards, your Boosters and your friends disappear.
• Your numbered cards stay in their print run, without an owner; your username leaves their history.
• A Zoora+ taken on the site is cancelled straight away. Taken in the app, it is cancelled with Apple or Google: do it first, otherwise the store keeps charging for it, and it doesn’t move to any other Zoora account.
• Only invoices (ten years, as the law requires) and a fingerprint of your e-mail address (three years) are kept. Privacy
